While you’re partaking in Anna Maria fall events on Thanksgiving Day, stop by Bridge Street Bistro for a hearty holiday meal. Located in Bradenton Beach, the bistro is one of the area’s most well-loved eateries. It has been around for a while now and boasts a lovely ‘resort casual’ vibe. It is known for being one of the best places on the island to take in a gorgeous Gulf Coast sunset.

You’ll find that the traditional turkey and mashed potatoes are swapped out for some delectable seafood dishes, filet mignon, and garden risotto. Kids can select from a menu that includes macaroni and cheese, chicken fingers, and chicken or beef tacos. Oh, and the prices? They’re totally reasonable, so don’t worry about blowing all your extra spending money on Thanksgiving dinner.

You can book now through their website or wait until you get there. On Thanksgiving, they are open from noon to 8 pm. If you do not book in advance, plan on getting there a little early since Bridge Street Bistro is such a popular place for people to dine, even during the holidays.

Your family’s Thanksgiving Anna Maria beach vacation practically demands a good breakfast from Gulf Drive Café & The Kokonut Hut. They’ve been a staple of the community since 1981 and are known for having the best breakfasts in America!

Fill up on Street Tacos or grab an Ultimate Bagel. Or how about eggs benedict or an omelet? Pancakes, waffles, French toast, quiche – you name it, they’ve got it. You can even pick from the a la carte menu. There is something for almost everyone here.

Of course, you can also get a great dinner if you come between 1 PM and 7 PM. Enjoy some Surf ‘n Turf or a seafood pasta dish served with fresh garlic bread. There is also a great a la carte menu that gives you plenty of options. If you’re a vegetarian or vegan, you will find a la carte items that suit your diet.

Breakfast hours are 7 AM to 1 PM. Adults can head on over to The Kokonut Hut for a refreshing alcoholic slushie or a fancy cocktail. Sit outside and enjoy the view of the beach and be sure to give thanks for your travel companions.

You don’t have to be an island native to join the festivities at Roser Memorial Community Church. In fact, this is a great way to meet locals and fellow travelers on Thanksgiving! The church will be hosting an amazing dinner.

Come to their annual dinner and get treated to a mouth-watering turkey roast. There will also be plenty of pies, mashed potatoes, stuffing, and all the traditional Thanksgiving foods you love. Just make sure you place a reservation by the Sunday by Sunday, November 24, 2019.

The dinner starts at 2 PM, but volunteers will need to be there earlier to help with setting up. And, of course, the church would be delighted to have AMI visitors lend some helping hands!

The church works hard to give back to the community and participating in Thanksgiving dinner is one way for you to experience how loving and supportive the AMI community really is.
