The Loaded Kitchen is a local Anna Maria Island grocery delivery business that makes it quick and easy to have your groceries delivered right to your rental property. The team at The Loaded Kitchen will not only shop for you, but they’ll even bring your groceries inside your rental home and unload everything before you arrive. As soon as you check-in, your kitchen will already be stocked with all your favorite foods!
All you have to do is head to The Loaded Kitchen’s website and select the date you plan to arrive on Anna Maria Island. Then, it’s time to go shopping! Select all the products you want to purchase for your stay on their website. You can pay for your order online, so everything is already taken care of before you get to the island.
On the day of your arrival, The Loaded Kitchen’s team will head to the store and pick up everything you need, and then they’ll come to your rental to unpack it all. Since Lizzie Lu’s is partnered with The Loaded Kitchen, we will work directly with the company to provide access to your space before you arrive, so there’s no action needed from you. All you have to do is show up and enjoy your groceries!
Publix
If Publix is your favorite grocery store back home, we have good news! There’s a Publix conveniently located in Holmes Beach, right in the center of Anna Maria Island. There are two different ways to get your groceries here without shopping yourself: having your groceries delivered or picking them up from the store.
To have your groceries delivered, visit the Publix website and select the Anna Maria Island store. You can then browse through the wide selection of produce, bread, meats, seafood, snacks, and more, choosing your favorite products from this national chain. Then, schedule your delivery to your rental. (We recommend you do this a few days before you arrive, but if you wait until the day you get here, you may be able to place an order and get it delivered on the same day!) Then, your groceries will be packed up and delivered right to your door! While you’ll have to put away your items yourself, you’ll still save tons of time compared to shopping in-store.
Alternatively, you might choose to pick up your groceries. This method works much like the previous process: selecting the AMI store on Publix’s website and choosing your groceries. You can select a time slot to pick up your order. Then, stop by the Publix store to have your groceries loaded up right into your trunk! This is a great way to get your groceries before you even get to your rental; this way, you don’t have to go back out into town after a long day of traveling or beach activities.
Instacart
Instacart is a popular grocery delivery service available all over the country, including right here on Anna Maria Island! Instacart is an excellent option for those searching for a specific product or want to get groceries from a store that doesn’t have its own delivery service. By using Instacart, you can easily select the items you need from the location you desire. Then, an Instacart shopper will head out and do all the hard work for you!
Instacart shoppers can travel to one of many stores near Anna Maria Island, even if your preferred store isn’t on the island itself. Nearby stores (besides Publix) include ALDI, Sprout’s Farmers Market, The Fresh Market, Costco, Total Wine & More, and others. It’s easy to shop online or in the app and get your groceries delivered right to your door on the same day.
Amazon Groceries
Amazon seems to have everything you may wish for, groceries included! With Amazon Groceries, you can easily browse nearly any category, from pantry staples to frozen goods to produce, meat and seafood, bakery items, snacks, drinks, and so much more. Select your groceries like you would purchase anything else on the Amazon platform, and if you need to change your order, you can easily do so until your shopper starts working on your order.
Once you’ve ordered, you can choose to either pick up your groceries or have them delivered right to your vacation rental. All your groceries will be packaged in special containers to keep them at just the right temperature, so you don’t have to worry about your frozen products being melted by the time they get to you! Finally, with the convenient 1-hour pickup or 2-hour delivery windows, you can get your groceries almost immediately.
